Scope & payment
Every project starts from a written agreement covering scope, price, and a payment schedule (typically a deposit to start, remainder at launch). Work outside the agreed scope is quoted and billed separately.
What you own
You own your final content, brand, and the site as delivered. The Pew Estate Digital retains ownership of its underlying reusable platform and codebase — you're licensed to run your own instance of it, not the platform itself.
Security
Every build follows reasonable, current security practices. No website can be warranted unhackable, and we don't claim otherwise.
Care Plans
Monthly maintenance plans run on a minimum term, billed in advance, and renew month-to-month after that unless cancelled.
