$95 an hour, 2 hour minimum
The minimum is paid when you sign and covers the first 2 hours, including finding the cause. After that, time is billed in 15 minute steps.

You approve the hours up front, and we never work past them without asking you first.
Backed up first, fixed for 14 days
We back up your site before changing anything. If a fix stops working within 14 days, we fix it again at no charge.
No passwords by email: you invite us as a user of your site, and remove us when we are done.
